Hansei Works
Software engineer building agentic systems in public. Experiments, failures & lessons. Build. Reflect. Improve.
On the name
Hansei (反省) is a Japanese concept: honest self-review of your own work in order to improve it — not blame, not a postmortem for an audience, just looking clearly at what happened and what to change next.
That's the loop this blog runs on. Build something, reflect on where it held up and where it didn't, improve it, write it down in public. The name isn't decoration — it's the process.
